BICYCLE LICENSES   

Bicycle licenses can be obtained at the Kimberly Village Clerk's Office (515 W. Kimberly Avenue) or at the Fox Valley Metro Police Department (200 W. McKinley Avenue, Little Chute).  There is no fee for a bike license.

PET LICENSES

   Pursuant to Chapter 174.052, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given to all owners of dogs in Outagamie County, that rabies vaccinations and dog licenses are required under the Statutes.  Vaccination against rabies, by a veterinarian, is required of all dogs at no later than 5 months of age and revaccinated within one year after the initial vaccination.  Older dogs must be revaccinated before the certificate expires or within 3 years after the previous vaccination.  An owner who fails to have a dog vaccinated against rabies as required in Chapter 95.21(2)(a), Stats., may be required to forfeit not less than $50 or more than $100.  (Chapter 95.21(10) Stats.) 

Certificates of current rabies vaccination must be presented when obtaining dog licenses.  The owner of a dog more than 5 months of age on January 1 of any year, or 5 months of age within the license year, shall annually, on or before the date the dog becomes 5 months of age, pay the dog license tax and obtain a license.  The license tax in the Village of Kimberly is:

$7.00 for a neutered male dog or spayed female dog, upon presentation of evidence that the dog is neutered or spayed, and

$12.00 for an un-neutered male dog or unspayed female dog. 

A late fee of $5.00 shall be assessed and collected from each owner of a dog 5 months of age or over who fails to obtain a license prior to April 1 or within 30 days of acquiring ownership of a licensable dog or if the owner failed to obtain a license on or before the dog reached licensable age. 

Dog licenses can be obtained at the Village Clerks Office, 515 W. Kimberly Avenue, Kimberly, WI  54136.

Cats do not require a license in the Village of Kimberly.
