Weight limits in effect beginning March 8

Hear Ye , Hear Ye, Hear Ye,

On Tuesday, March 16, 2010, the Kimberly Village Board of Trustees will assemble promptly at 8:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Kimberly Village Hall, 515 W. Kimberly Avenue to commemorate the very first meeting of the Board of Trustees, which was held exactly one hundred years ago on this date and time.

A Town Crier will be on hand to summon those having business with said authority, to join in this commemorative event and be a part of history in the making.  Village Trustees and Staff will don wardrobe from the period, and business will be conducted by candlelight as the Village Board assembles "around the table" to conduct their business.

A resolution commemorating the inaugural meeting will be introduced and the Board of Trustees will reaffirm the official business taken up at the very first meeting of the Village of Kimberly Board of Trustees, conducted 100 years to the day.  Residents and all interested parties are welcome to attend.
